Whistleblower Protection Law

Many whistleblowers can take comfort in knowing that their claims will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. Without these protections our government and economy could lose billions of dollars every year, and of course these losses are passed on to the taxpayers. In fact, since the False Claims Act was amended in 1986 qui tam recoveries have exceeded more than $1 billion in fraud against in the Defense and Health Care programs.
